Terms and Conditions
Our property has a policy of No Smoking in the cabins and if you are found to be in violation of our smoking policy, you will be assessed a $200.00 cleaning fee.
Pets: We charge a $25.00 pet fee which is payable at check in and undisclosed pets you will be assessed a $200.00 cleaning fee.
Check-in time is 3:00 pm. We will be happy to check you in early if your room is available. Check out time is 11:00 am; late check-out is available by request.
Our lobby hours are 8 am to 6 pm Sunday through Thursday and 8 am to 8 pm on Friday and Saturday. Please let us know ahead of time if you will be arriving after our lobby is closed. Arrangements will be made to process your check in before your arrival and your key will be left for you.

We reserve the right to charge for any damage to or removal of items from the premises and/or unusual cleaning.
Damaged or missing items from rooms post check out will be charged to your credit card on file. These include but are not limited to remote controls, linens, pillows, dishes, silverware, room key, artwork, etc. Please inquire if you have any questions or concerns about this policy.
Our rates plus state and local lodger's tax and credit card surcharge are all inclusive for each cabin; there are no additional taxes, fees or hidden surcharges. We provide enough wood for your first fire in your fireplace or wood stove. Additional wood is available for purchase for a nominal fee through the office and can be charged to your room with prior coordination with the front desk.
During our high season and selected holidays, (Memorial Day through September 30, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's) we require the following deposits.
At Booking - 1 night deposit
14 Days from your arrival 50% of total booking price
7 Days from your arrival 100% of total booking price
We are a small independent business and cancellations affect us greatly. Therefore, during or high season and selected holidays, If you cancel your reservations with at least 14-days' notice you will receive an 80% refund of your deposit. If you cancel within the final 14-day period you will not be entitled to a refund.
Please be sure to acquire trip insurance in the event of unexpected illness, death or weather related emergencies as we are not able to make an exception to this policy.
Additional policies apply to group reservations of three or more rooms.
All cancellations must be provided to the innkeeper in writing (email or fax.) You will receive any refund due within 30 days.
If you cancel your reservations with at least 14-days' notice you will receive an 80% refund of your deposit. If you cancel within the final 14-day period you will not be entitled to a refund.
Minimum Stay Policy
Memorial Day through September 30 - two night minimum

NOTE: If you are unable to meet our minimum stay requirements in all except Cabin 16, please call us 24 hours prior to your desired stay date and if we have a cancellation or otherwise have a room available, consideration will be made to waive or partially waive the minimum stay requirements. NOTE: You will not be able to reserve a room online for less than the minimum required stay so you will need to call us for this exception.
Items left behind and requested to be mailed will incur a minimum charge of $10 and may take up to 30 days to receive. We apologize for any inconvenience. To avoid this, please be sure to thoroughly check your room for items that are of value to you prior to your departure.
